SARM design is an integrated system with a tele-presence technology. The system enables a single rescue worker to locate, assess and treat a trapped living individual in the voids of a collapsed structure and inaccessible locations.

 
For the first time, rescue teams are able to obtain basic medical data - vitality index of a person trapped in the confines of a collapsed structure, to evaluate on-line the medical status of the victim and provide them with critical medical treatment.
